In January we had trouble with our air conditioner/heater in Florida. We had a different service company come out and said it was a motor that was broken and changed $1500 to fix. Three days later we put the air conditioning on in the house; but it would not cool. The other company came out the next day and said the motor was not the problem and we needed a new unit. During the recent cold snap and as it was warming back up, I realized neither my heat nor air were working. I had had another company come out 3 times in the past 4 months who repeatedly stated they didn’t know what the problem was. I called At Your Service yesterday morning and they got me on the schedule immediately. Chris, our technician, identified the issue, communicated it to me efficiently, and ordered the part! What a relief, as our brief Florida winter ends and the warm weather returns, to know myself and my children will no longer be at the whim of a wonky a/c system….
